§ 01Who we are

Software that has to work, and work together.

Most organizations do not need more software. They need the software they already have to work together, and the next system they build to hold up under real use. That is the work we focus on: applications, platforms, and integrations where correctness, security, and maintainability matter as much as the first release.

We work across four disciplines that usually meet in the same project. A SaaS product needs integrations; an AI feature needs a dependable application around it; a new internal system needs to exchange data with the ERP. Because we practice all four, those connections are designed in from the start rather than discovered at the end.

We work with clients internationally, remotely and in writing by default: shared repositories, documented decisions, and regular demos, so progress is visible whether you are one time zone away or eight.

§ 02What we do

Four disciplines, one engineering standard.

Each service stands on its own, and most projects draw on more than one. The same people carry the design from the application to the integration around it.

§ 03How we work

An operating model you can hold us to.

These are working practices, not aspirations. Each one is written into how an engagement runs.

  1. 01

    One accountable lead

Every engagement has a named lead who owns delivery, answers your questions, and raises problems early, together with options.

  2. 02

    Decisions in writing

Scope, architecture choices, and trade-offs are written down, so decisions outlast the meeting where they were made.

  3. 03

    Working software, often

Short increments, demonstrated on realistic data, so you judge progress by what works rather than by status reports.

  4. 04

    You own everything

Code, infrastructure, and accounts live in your organization from day one. Nothing depends on access only we hold.

  5. 05

    Built to hand over

Documentation, tests, and runbooks are part of the deliverable, so your team or any future partner can carry the system forward.

§ 04Engagement models

Structured around what you need next.

Most clients start with discovery and continue with delivery, but each model stands alone. We will recommend the one that fits, including when that means a smaller engagement.

  • 01

    Discovery & architecture

    Best for
A new initiative, or an existing system that needs a clear plan before further investment.
    Shape
Fixed scope, typically two to four weeks.
    You receive
Problem definition, architecture, delivery plan, and a costed estimate you can take to any team.
  • 02

    Project delivery

    Best for
A defined product, platform, or integration with a clear goal.
    Shape
Milestones with scope and acceptance criteria agreed up front.
    You receive
A production system, documentation, and a structured handover.
  • 03

    Dedicated product team

    Best for
Products that need sustained engineering capacity over months or years.
    Shape
A stable team working from your roadmap, planned and billed monthly.
    You receive
Continuous delivery against the priorities you set.
  • 04

    Support & evolution

    Best for
Systems in production that need monitoring, fixes, and steady improvement.
    Shape
A monthly agreement with response times defined in writing.
    You receive
A maintained system, a prioritized improvement backlog, and no surprises.

§ 05Technology

The stack we typically propose.

We choose technology for the problem and for the team that will maintain it. This is the stack we typically propose; each choice is explained in writing, and we work within your existing standards where they apply.

Interfaces
Web applications, portals, and dashboards that are fast, accessible, and easy to maintain.
  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Next.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Progressive web apps
Services & APIs
Backend services and APIs with clear contracts, automated tests, and predictable behavior under load.
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • REST APIs
  • GraphQL
  • Webhooks
Data
Relational data modeled carefully, with search, caching, and storage chosen for the workload.
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • pgvector
  • Object storage
  • Full-text search
AI
Language models used where they add value, grounded in your data and measured before they are trusted.
  • LLM APIs
  • Retrieval (RAG)
  • Structured outputs
  • Document AI & OCR
  • Evaluation pipelines
Integration
Connections between systems that are observable, retry safely, and reconcile.
  • ERP APIs (REST, OData, SOAP)
  • Message queues
  • Event-driven flows
  • Scheduled ETL
  • SSO (SAML, OIDC)
Cloud & delivery
Infrastructure defined as code, deployed continuously, and monitored from the first release.
  • AWS
  • Docker
  • Terraform
  • GitHub Actions
  • OpenTelemetry

§ 06Who we work with

From first product to enterprise platform.

Startups
A first product built on foundations that will not need replacing at the first sign of success, and honest advice on what to leave out of version one.
Growing businesses
Processes that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools, replaced or connected without disrupting daily work.

§ 09Start a project

Have a system to build, connect, or fix?

Tell us about the problem you are solving. We will review it and reply with questions, initial thoughts, and suggested next steps.

  1. 01

    Share the context

A short description of the project, your goals, and any constraints you already know about.

  2. 02

    We review it

We read it carefully and reply with questions or an initial perspective on the problem.

  3. 03

    A first conversation

A call to explore scope, approach, and whether we are the right fit for the work.
